The Mongolian oak (Quercus mongolica) is native to the vast landscapes of East Asia, thriving especially in China, Korea, and Mongolia. Its robust, expressive wood reveals a finely nuanced aromatic profile during the maturation of spirits: floral notes, warm spices, and a hint of nutmeg lend the spirit depth, elegance, and a distinctive, unmistakable character.
