With hints of vanilla and cinnamon still strong and present maple syrup rests in these Ex-Bourbon barrels, aged to taste until they reach peak flavor. Barrels ship with an additional 500-750 mL of high proof neutral spirit and purged with inert gas to prevent spoilage.
