We carefully check each order to ensure that it meets your expectations exactly. However, we advise you to inspect your barrels on delivery and to inform us of any problem(s) that you may observe. The physical condition of the barrels must be verified on delivery. Customers have five business days in which to report any issue with their barrels.

Additional Barrel Information: Originally Cognac, France- Blended cognac aged between three and seven years then reseted in Ex-Bourbon barrels. Maple syrup then rests in these Ex-Cognac barrels, aged to taste until they reach peak flavor. Barrels ship with an additional 500-750 mL of high proof neutral spirit and purged with inert gas to prevent spoilage.
